HT70 Plus Expands Ventilator Capability
The newest member of the HT70 family of ventilators is the HT70 Plus model. In addition to the clinical capabilities found on the HT70, the HT70 Plus® offers an on-airway flow sensor that provides expanded monitoring with alarms and the choice of flow or pressure trigger. The updated software on the HT70 Plus® includes Waveform graphics, an oxygen cylinder usage calculator and internal battery use time estimator. The larger format color touchscreen makes navigation quick and easy.
Like the HT70, the Plus model combines ruggedness, ease of use and clinical proficiency with exceptional mobility for patients from 5kg to adult. All models of the HT70 can be used for home care, transport, hospital, long term care, and emergency preparedness as well as for invasive or noninvasive ventilation.
Developed and manufactured entirely by Newport Medical in California, USA, the compact HT70 Plus® features a newly designed, patented, micro-piston technology that eliminates the need for external compressed gas. The hot swappable integrated battery system provides up to 10 hours of operation at standard settings and can be fully recharged in only 3 hours. For a long transport, a full day at the park or in case of a power emergency, the HT70 PlusŪ allows for virtually continuous operation.
