Our Technical Service Department has a simple, clearly defined mission: To provide you, our customers, with Professional Technical Support and Quality Workmanship. We are here to assist you when you need technical support; from simple parts replacements to complete overhauls. Our staff of courteous, friendly technicians will provide prompt, accurate answers to all of your questions. And we have technical service personnel on call 24 hours a day. Use our 24/7 Help Line if you have an urgent question or situation after regular business hours.

If you need to send us your Newport product for repairs, rest assured that your ventilator, monitor or compressor will be serviced by knowledgeable, factory-trained technicians who are current on the latest revisions of your equipment. You can expect quality workmanship, a quick turn around and no hassles.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

If, for any reason, you do not feel that your expectations were met, please contact our Service Manager, at extension 150. We stand behind our products and our service.

Newport also provides Service Training Classes, at our corporate service facility three times a year and would be pleased to train you on the proper techniques for servicing our products. These extensive training sessions will enable you and your staff to maintain Newport products on site. These classes are "hands on", half or full day sessions. Following is an outline of material covered and a schedule of upcoming classes. We'd be happy to send you more details and registration information.
